I just realise I have a truly mixed feeling now, a little sad since that’s almost time to go and exciting to go back home. My ‘wonderland’ project in The Netherland almost finished.

I just want you to know that these three weeks has been one of the best time in my life. Getting to know, learning , share stories and also keep on
the incomati group work done

Thanks for sharing. I think that my mixed feelings are simply
reflecting my ‘multiple identities’ — i am orang Bukittingi, attached to
the part of the country where i grew up and decided to live, I have
a family there, a son & husband eager to see me back; but I also eager to learn new things, enjoying international connections, meeting new people, hearing about new places, stimulating important parts of my brain.

The challenge is how to connect these
two aspects of myself, so that I won’t be torne between…
